Failed password logon attempts - SSO
Hello Friends, Issue: while trying to login through SSO every time, the following message pops-up in the screen: "Number of failed password logon attempts: 'n' (see long text)" No. of failed logon attempts, Login, Pop-up, Password, Single Sign On, SSO, Disable, Failed, Attempt, Counter, Warning, Error, Message no. 00788, 00 788 SAP NetWeaver Release 7.31 onwards Ans: This is a new feature and With this new feature, all users which have unsuccessful password logon attempts will get this pop-up. As this is a system standard behavior, disabling the pop-up window is not possible. To remove the message you should either log onto the system once with the correct password or consider deactivating the user password, in case it is not needed.
